Will the wig fit my head?

Our wigs feature an adjustable, flexible cap design that fits most head sizes comfortably. You can adjust the fit inside the cap for a more secure and comfortable feel.

Do I need glue, and will the wig stay secure?

Our glueless styles are designed to be worn without adhesive. Adjust the cap for a snug, comfortable fit.

Will the colour match the photos?

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your screen settings.

Can I trim or cut the wig?

Yes. You can trim the bangs, length, or other areas yourself to create the style you like. Once the fibers are cut, they cannot be restored, so we recommend trimming a little at a time.

Can I dye, bleach or heat-style my wig?

Regular hair dye and bleach are not recommended for synthetic fibres.

Use low heat only on styles explicitly labelled heat-friendly, and follow the product page’s temperature limit. If no limit is listed, contact us before using heat.

Will the wig tangle?

Synthetic wigs can tangle, especially longer styles and areas that rub against clothing. Detangle gently from the ends upward with a tool suitable for your wig’s texture.

How do I wash and care for my wig?

Follow your style’s care instructions. Use cool water and shampoo made for synthetic wigs, rinse gently and let it air-dry. Avoid rubbing, wringing or brushing while wet.
