Shipping
Our delivery destinations are Canada and the United States, with orders dispatched from Canada. Checkout is currently paused while we prepare to accept orders.
Once ordering resumes, orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days.
Canada
- Orders under CAD $99: CAD $9.90 shipping.
- Orders of CAD $99 or more: free shipping.
United States
U.S. shipping will be calculated by Canada Post at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight and dimensions. Canadian flat-rate shipping and free-shipping offers do not apply to U.S. orders.
U.S. ordering is not yet available. We are finalizing prepaid duties and import taxes. When U.S. ordering opens, applicable duties and import taxes will be calculated and shown separately at checkout, alongside shipping, before you pay.
Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange, before sending anything back. Include your order number so we can provide return instructions.
- Wigs must be unused and in new, resalable condition. Please keep the original packaging and tags intact where possible.
- Wigs must not have been cut, dyed, heat-styled, washed or otherwise altered.
- Wigs must be free from perfume, smoke, other odours, makeup, oils, care products and hair product residue.
Wigs showing signs of use or alterations are not eligible for ordinary returns.
Return costs: For ordinary returns, you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. No restocking fee.
Wrong, damaged or defective items: If you receive the wrong item, an item with an obvious quality issue or an item damaged in transit, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging damage. Nestlioo will resolve the problem and cover any necessary return shipping costs. These issues are handled separately from ordinary returns.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
